We Are Family gets Rs.27 million
Kajol and Kareena Kapoor cast ‘We Are Family’, which opened to mixed reviews, has grossed about Rs.27 million (Rs.2.7 crore) from its paid previews.
The movie had a limited festival launch on Janmashtami (September 2) with paid previews – a day before the official launch on September 3.
Distributed by UTV Motion Pictures, ‘We Are Family’ is the Hindi adaptation of the Julia Roberts-Susan Sarandon cast ‘Stepmom’.It also stars Arjun Rampal and child actors Aanchal Munjal, Nominath Ginsburg and Diya Sonecha.
