Sonam not envious of Deepika
First these two actresses debuted at same time through big banners. Later Deepika, who walked away with the Filmfare award for best female debut last year, also seized Sonam’s close friend Ranbir Kapoor.
Is Sonam upset? Well, when we met up with the actress, she was on Cloud 9, and believes that god things are happening to her, too.
“I’m working with impressive talents, I am waiting for the right opportunities, endorsements and films are coming my way. Need I be distressed?” asks Sonam, who is more than content with the stuff coming her way.
And the icing on the cake? Well, it’s daddy’s achievement these days. “The Slumdog… phenomenon”, says Sonam, bursting into a bhangra .
